She currently serves in academic leadership and partners with faculty, leaders, and institutions to strengthen teaching effectiveness, instructional consistency, and learner outcomes.
Jasmin is the founder of Beyond the Prophy®, a nationally recognized professional development platform created to support dental educators and clinicians through evidence-informed education, continuing education programs, and leadership conversations. Her work through Beyond the Prophy has centered on elevating educational standards, professional identity, and teaching excellence within dental education.
She is also the founder of Legacy Scaler®, where she designs leadership development programs, faculty training, and curriculum strategies focused on communication, ethical decision-making, and sustainable leadership practices.
